Berry Blue Smoothie
1 banana, 1/3 cup frozen blueberries, 1/3 cup frozen raspberries, 1/2 cup frozen spinach, 1 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter
This is my regular breakfast smoothie with no ice cream. The only items that typically change are the type of berry (we often use frozen cherries and we sometimes use frozen blackberries) and the type of milk (we sometimes use rice milk instead of almond milk), and if we are feeling like we need a treat we put some Nutella in it. It’s a great way to eat some vegetables first thing in the morning.
